Safety and care
Here's what you should keep in mind:
We want to protect our pets and young children. Therefore, we recommend using our treat dispensers with children only under adult supervision. It's important to closely observe your pet during each treat session. Under no circumstances should your pet bite into any of the dispensers. Before giving treats, make sure all parts are securely in place. If any parts become loose or are bitten off and swallowed, it could be life-threatening for your pet!
- Never leave your pet unsupervised with a dispenser.
- Natural wear and tear of individual parts after prolonged use cannot be prevented. If parts become porous, you should discontinue using the dispenser. Please dispose of the affected part properly; you can order replacement parts from our shop. (Our products are recyclable and can be appropriately recycled.)
In very rare cases, the ball of the Doggyroller may not fit tightly enough and can fall out easily, or it may be too tight and difficult to rotate. In both cases, this is a production-related irregularity. However, we offer you free replacement (please keep the defective part).
Usage Instructions
Doggyroller:
Hold the Doggyroller slanted downwards and reward your pet without squeezing.
Doggypumper:
Hold the Doggypumper in your stronger hand and reward your pet by pushing the contents forward through the opening with your thumb.
Doggytube:
You can squeeze the Doggytube to carefully dispense the contents from the tube.
Care Instructions
All our treat dispensers are dishwasher safe. However, please be aware that the plastic may discolor due to other contaminated items in the dishwasher. Grease residue, ketchup and sauces, and other food remnants can affect the plastic. This is a natural effect, and we do not provide any guarantee for it. If you're unsure, it's better to clean the treat dispensers by hand. This method is also very easy and quick, ensuring that the dispensers remain beautiful for as long as possible and continue to bring you joy time and time again! :-)
